Contained within Archives & Special Collections are photographs, books, snuffboxes, fore-edge painted books, and records pertaining to this college, among lots of other things, including paintings, sculpture and one large (expensive) facsimile of the “Book of Kells”. Justin Banks is the College Archivist and he manages this area. Justin supervises student assistants and introduces them to book repair and the proper way to organize a collection of papers and prepare a finding aid, for instance, for some of the papers of Dr. Kenneth Street, emeritus professor of political science.
