In order to re-arrange the existing DVD/VHS collection from its previous organization (which everyone found to be difficult) to a new one based upon type of film (for example, Feature Films (English), Foreign Language Films, and Silent Films) and then alpahabetically by title within the group, took a lot of work. Old call numbers had to be blocked out, new labels had to be applied and everything had to be moved. Our summer employees pictured here did most of this work – Erika Higginbotham, Hilary Gregory-Allen, Austin Sherman, Erin Moler, Christine Pun (not pictured – in Hong Kong), and a graduate student intern, Shannon Staton. LadyJane Hickey was responsible for the overall planning and Raymie Rushing, Donna Flatt, Kay Garner, Jane Donahue and Pat Means, all played roles in this project.
