Gifts to the Annual Fund help support the greatest needs of Austin College, including general and sponsored scholarships, the annual operating budget, athletic enhancement, and church relations. Gifts may be designated to the NOW Scholarship Fund or to general support through the annual fund.
Alumni Giving
Austin College alumni value the College’s tradition of academic excellence. Faculty mentors, small class sizes, focus on community service, study abroad opportunities, unique Jan-term options and relationships that last a lifetime-these are just some of the fundamental elements that play an integral part in the Austin College education experience.
As an alumnus, one of the ways you can show your commitment to Austin College is through annual financial gifts. Alumni participation is highly valued in the college rankings and in the funding decisions made by foundations and potential major gift donors. Your support helps to increase our overall alumni giving percentages and is included in your class giving percentages, as well.
All donors are recognized in the Annual Honor Roll of Donors, and names of donors in each class that reaches 40% alumni giving participation will be placed on the Alumni Giving Wall in the Wright Campus Center. Other options for alumni giving nclude capital and endowment and planned giving.
Remember, when it comes to participation, no one else’s gift can take the place of yours!

What is the GOLD Fund?
All gifts to Austin College from GOLD (Graduates Of the Last Decade) alumni are included in the GOLD Fund. Regardless of designation or amount, GOLD alumni who make an annual gift to the College will be recognized in the annual President’s Report. The GOLD Fund provides a way to total the amount of support that Austin College receives from GOLD alumni on an annual basis.
The Austin College Loyalty Society
Austin College is grateful to all its donors. Because we value the generous support of our alumni, parents, and friends, we are always looking for ways to honor them for the gifts they make.
The Austin College Loyalty Society is a special designation to recognize all contributors who support the College for five or more consecutive years, regardless of the size of their gifts. Membership in the Loyalty Society is sustained by making a gift every year (July 1-June30) to Austin College. Donors will be recognized in five-year increments, and those giving 25 consecutive years or more will receive lifetime membership in the Loyalty Society. We look forward to honoring these dedicated donors who give annually to support the College.
